I recently discovered that there used to be a hypersonic database manager that was accessible via the jmx console.  It looks it does not exist at all in as7 and I was wondering why?  I see very little mention of it now.

The Hypersonic DB is still available as default DS it AS7.
The JMX console is replaced by the CLI management interface.
You can read about in the documentation.

I should have been a little more specific in my question.  I am familiar with the cli but I don't believe that there is a way to show the tables/columns or any schema definition type information via the cli is there?Â
