Need help in providing features to end user to re-arrange portlets on page ..

Tried with permission on page, portlet and site too ... as per https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/GTNPORTAL36/Permissions https://docs.jboss.org/author/display/GTNPORTAL36/Permissions

Able to achieve same in 2.6.2 version as per

Any idea how to achieve in EPP 6.0 Beta running in standalone mode.
