Hi,

I saw the JIRA issue status is Coding in Progress for this
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBPM-3282 https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBPM-3282
And also it says that the fix version will be jBPM 6.x

but I got a question why when JBPM5.4 is released, it says that jBPM5.4 Final can support using RESOURCE_LOCAL transaction?

So which one is true? this issue has been resolved in jBPM5.4 Final or we still need to wait untuk jBPM 6.x for this?

Pure local transactions and local transactions *with spring* are unfortunately very different things. Both are true.

5.4.x supports local transactions +using a spring transaction manager+, but does not support "pure" local transactions with a normal transaction manager.
