hi everybody , i want to use mysql serveur instead of  HSQLDB  i tried  this configuration  http://www-etud.iro.umontreal.ca/~dift6801/old/demos/demo4/jboss_as.pdf http://www-etud.iro.umontreal.ca/~dift6801/old/demos/demo4/jboss_as.pdf but with no success , pleasssssssssse help me  i don't know what i  supposed to do.
i'm working on JBOSS 4.2.0  , MYSQL5

There's a fairly comprehensive guide to migration in JBoss 4 at https://docs.jboss.org/jbossas/docs/Server_Configuration_Guide/4/html/apbs01.html https://docs.jboss.org/jbossas/docs/Server_Configuration_Guide/4/html/apbs01.html.  I haven't checked how much of that is covered in the guide you read.
