Same I have the same issue!

Getting error like
Timeout : unable to retrieve Task
Request Time Out....

Exception in thread "Thread-9" java.lang.RuntimeException: Timeout : unable to retrieve Task
          at org.jbpm.task.service.responsehandlers.BlockingGetTaskResponseHandler.getTask(BlockingGetTaskResponseHandler.java:41)
          at org.jbpm.task.service.SyncTaskServiceWrapper.getTask(SyncTaskServiceWrapper.java:369)
          at org.jbpm.process.workitem.wsht.GenericHTWorkItemHandler$TaskCompletedHandler.handleCompletedTask(GenericHTWorkItemHandler.java:199)
          at org.jbpm.process.workitem.wsht.GenericHTWorkItemHandler$TaskCompletedHandler$1.run(GenericHTWorkItemHandler.java:187)
          at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:680)

is there any Solution?

Try to use a new name for the client if you already are not doing that. Add a number to the name generating it randomly at runtime.
